将企业自主研发制造的双钢轮振动压路机与国外同类先进产品做类比试验检测,得到振动液压系统各工况下起振与停振试验数据并进行分析研究。应用企业的发明专利技术,优化处理控制器的工作参数,从而调整振动液压系统各工况下动态过程变化特性参数,使双钢轮振动压路机的起振与停振能够平稳过渡,减小了由激振器惯性负荷引起的冲击载荷,降低了瞬时功率需求,提高了被压实路面的平整度,缩小了与国外同类先进产品之间的差距,产品质量和市场竞争力得到提升。
The self-developed double-drum vibratory roller manufactured by our company is tested with the similar advanced products from foreign countries. The test data of vibration and stop vibration of each vibration hydraulic system are obtained and analyzed.
