应用自动化图象分析技术对48例膀胱移行上皮肿瘤的细胞核DNA相对含量、2C细胞、3C~4C细胞、5C细胞和非整倍体细胞占每例测量细胞百分数的5个变量,及细胞核的面积、最大直径、最小直径、周长和形状因子5个形态变量共10个参数进行测定。经多元判别分析,发现细胞核面积、周长、2C细胞和非整倍体细胞百分数在膀胱移行上皮肿瘤的分级与诊断中作用最大,能将各种病变分开(P<0.01);利用所得的判别函数对膀胱移行上皮各级肿瘤进行判别诊断,结果明显优于单因素判别。
The relative content of nuclear DNA in 48 cases of bladder transitional epithelial tumor was analyzed by automated image analysis technique. The 5 cells of 2C, 3C ~ 4C, 5C and aneuploidy accounted for 5% of the cells measured in each case, and the area of nucleus , Maximum diameter, minimum diameter, perimeter and shape factor of five morphological variables a total of 10 parameters were measured. By multivariate discriminant analysis, it was found that the area of nucleus, the circumference, the percentage of 2C cells and aneuploid cells were the most important in grading and diagnosis of bladder transitional epithelial tumor, which could separate various diseases (P <0.01) Function of bladder transitional epithelial tumors at all levels of diagnosis, the result was significantly better than the single factor discrimination.
