阀片是空气压缩机上的重要易损另件,消耗量很大。我厂年产配件阀片为30~40万件,最高年产达50多万件。阀片不仅消耗量大,而且技术要求高。为达到阀片的技术要求,目前各兄弟厂普遍采用30CrMnSi 钢制造,并在盐炉中加热淬火,以防止表面氧化脱碳。但在盐炉中加热淬火,不仅生产率低(RYD-45盐炉,每炉只能装700件,一小时淬一炉),电能消耗量大315度/5000件,辅助材料消耗多,而且淬火后需卸去夹具进行洗盐,然后重新上夹具进行回火,
