目的:探讨前瞻性护理管理在骨科老年患者关节置换术中应用效果,提高临床整体护理质量。方法:选取浙江省舟山市中医院2014年5月~2015年5月收治的230例顺利完成髋关节置换术老年患者,根据单双号将其随机分为2组,每组165例,对照组仅予以骨科常规护理,观察组则在此基础上予以前瞻性护理管理,比较分析两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者实施前瞻性护理管理后,并发症发生率为6.66%,明显低于对照组的20.60%(P<0.05)。结论:在髋关节置换术后予以前瞻性护理管理模式,可以降低术后并发症发生率,进而促进生存质量的改善。
Objective: To investigate the effect of prospective nursing management in joint replacement in orthopedic elderly patients and to improve the overall quality of clinical care. Methods: A total of 230 elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty were enrolled from May 2014 to May 2015 in Zhoushan City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were randomly divided into two groups according to single and double numbers, 165 cases in each group. The control group Only regular orthopedic care, observation group is based on this prospective nursing management, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with postoperative complications. Results: In the observation group, the incidence of complications was 6.66% after prospective nursing management, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (20.60%, P <0.05). Conclusions: Prospective nursing management after hip arthroplasty can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and thus improve the quality of life.
