建构主义认为,教师的作用应从传统的传递知识的权威转变为学习的辅导者,成为学习者的伙伴或合作者。教师是意义建构的帮助者、促进者,而不是知识的提供者和灌输者。学习者是学习信息加工的主体,是意义建构的主动者,而不是知识的被动接收者和被灌输的对象。本文从职工培训的课程出发,分析成人学习环境的主要内容,从而引发思考如何从建构主义理论的角度去创设成人学习环境,促进和发展成人的学习。
Constructivism holds that the role of teachers should be changed from the traditional authority to transfer knowledge to a mentor for learning and a partner or collaborator for learners. Teachers are helpers, facilitators, rather than providers and intruders of meaning construction. Learner is the main body of learning information processing, the active construction of meaning, rather than the passive recipient of knowledge and the object being instilled. Starting from the curriculum of employee training, this article analyzes the main content of adult learning environment, which leads to thinking about how to create an adult learning environment and promote and develop adult learning from the perspective of constructivism.
