目的了解唐山市2011-2016年蝇类种群密度,季节消长及不同月份,不同生境蝇类种群多样性特征,为有效防制蝇类提供科学依据。方法采用笼诱法5-10月监测蝇种密度。蝇种多样性研究采用多样性指数、均匀度指数和优势度指数进行分析。结果 6年蝇监测数据显示,棕尾别麻蝇、家蝇、厩腐蝇和丝光绿蝇密度位居前4位。不同生境中以农贸市场蝇密度最高,为6.06只/笼。蝇类季节消长呈单峰曲线,总密度高峰出现在7月份。从6年合计不同月份蝇类多样性指数分析看,5月多样性指数最高,为1.359;9月均匀度指数最高,为0.851;10月优势度指数最高,为0.459。从不同环境多样性指数分析看,农贸市场多样性指数最高,为1.352;居民区均匀度指数最高,为0.793;绿化带优势度指数最高,为0.571。结论棕尾别麻蝇为唐山市的优势蝇种;农贸市场蝇种最多,蝇密度最高,是重要的蝇类孳生地;5月份蝇种最多,7月份蝇密度最高,9月份各蝇种密度最均匀。
Objective To understand the population characteristics of flies in Tangshan from 2011 to 2016, and to study the diversity of flies in different habitats in different months and months, and to provide a scientific basis for the effective control of flies. Methods Cage induction method was used to monitor the species density of flies from May to October. Drosophila species diversity studies using diversity index, evenness index and dominance index analysis. Results Six-year monitoring data on flies showed that the density of Musca domestica, Musca domestica, Bombyx mori and Lucilia sericata were among the top four. In different habitats, the highest density of flies in farmers’ markets was 6.06 / cage. Seasonal fluctuations of flies showed a single peak curve, the total peak density appeared in July. According to the analysis of flies diversity index in different months from 6 years, the highest in May was 1.359; the highest in September was 0.851; the highest in October was 0.459. From the analysis of different environmental diversity index, the diversity index of farmers’ market is the highest, which is 1.352; the highest evenness index of residential areas is 0.793; the highest index of green belt dominance is 0.571. Conclusions The brown flesh-feeding flies are the dominant flies in Tangshan City. The flies in the farmers market are the most, with the highest flies density and the most important flies breeding places. The flies are the most in May, the flies in July are the highest, the flies in September are the most Evenly.
