本文对55例慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者作了糖化血红蛋白(GHb)检测,并同步检测了血红蛋白(Hb)、尿素氮(BUN)等指标。结果表明:(1)本组 GHb为103.6±24.3g/L,显著高于正常人的58.3±17.5g/L;(2)本组GHb与Hb、BUN等的相关分析结果未见有相关性。
In this paper, 55 patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) were made of glycated hemoglobin (GHb) detection, and simultaneous detection of hemoglobin (Hb), urea nitrogen (BUN) and other indicators. The results showed that: (1) GHb of this group was 103.6 ± 24.3g / L, which was significantly higher than that of normal people (58.3 ± 17.5g / L); (2) There was no correlation between GHb, Hb, BUN, .
