就业服务是促进劳动者实现就业、帮助用人单位满足用工需求的重要手段。对就业服务进行科学、有效的绩效评估,对加强就业服务管理、规范人力资源市场、提高就业服务质量和效率等方面具有重要意义。澳大利亚是世界上最早将就业服务外包给市场机构运作,并建立起相应绩效考核评估办法的国家之一,其就业服务因具有灵活、高效和成本低等优势而受到世界其他国家关注和借鉴。他山之玉可以攻石,本文重点不在于澳大利亚就业服务外包机制,而是在全面介绍其就业服务绩效考核评估制度、特别是星级评分做法的基础上,尝试针对我国具体情况对就业服务绩效管理提出几点不成熟的个人意见和建议,希望抛砖引玉。
