本文介绍一种分布式微机数控雕刻控制系统,由主机IBM-PC、示教编程控制系统和雕刻加工控制系统三部分组成。在示教编程控制系统中,用容栅数显装置测量自由扫描轨迹各点的坐标位置,以编制雕刻加工控制程序。主机接收示教编程所得数据,图形显示扫描轨迹,并可进行必要的修改。雕刻加工控制系统根据控制程序实现再现加工。各从机系统均以8098单片机为核心,采用统一的主控电路,便于扩展系统控制功能,提高了系统的性能/价格比。
This paper introduces a distributed CNC engraving control system, the host IBM-PC, teaching programming control system and engraving processing control system consists of three parts. In the teaching programming control system, the capacitive grid digital measuring device is used to measure the coordinate position of each point of the free scan trajectory, so as to compile the engraving process control program. The host receives the data from the teach-in program, displays the trace of the scan, and makes the necessary changes. Engraving processing control system based on the control program to achieve reproduction. The slave system are 8098 single-chip microcomputer as the core, using a unified control circuit, easy to expand system control functions, improve the system’s performance / price ratio.
