不同海拔地区与急进高海拔地区正常人细胞因子含量的对比分析

目的:探讨低海拔地区及中度海拔地区正常人和急进高海拔地区后正常人细胞因子的变化及各组间的比较。方法:选择急进高海拔地区30例正常人和低海拔及中度海拔各30人进行五项细胞因子含量的测定,五项测定均采用放射免疫法。结果:中度海拔组与低海拔组五项细胞因子含量除IL-6无显著差别外,其他均有显著差别。急进高海拔组与低海拔组比较IL-8有显著差别;与中度海拔组比较IL-1、IL-2、IL-8、TNF有显著差别,其他均无差别。结论:中度海拔组部分细胞因子含量的增高是免疫系统通过释放可溶性的细胞因子作用于神经和内分泌系统,使神经-内分泌与免疫系统间形成双向的相互关系达到内环境新的平衡。而急进高海拔组由于糖皮质激素的增高可通过抑制化学介质使炎性细胞因子等合成释放,减轻炎症反应或减少组织损伤,但急进高海拔后机体产生大量的糖皮质激素又可以使机体的免疫系统受到抑制。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of cytokines in normal subjects and normal individuals in high altitudes at low altitude and mid-altitude, and to compare the differences between the two groups. Methods: Thirty normal individuals in high altitude area and 30 individuals in low altitude and medium altitude area were selected for the determination of five cytokines. Five radioimmunoassay methods were used for determination of five cytokines. Results: The contents of five cytokines in moderate altitude group and low altitude group were significantly different except IL-6. There was a significant difference in IL-8 between acute high altitude group and low altitude group. There was significant difference of IL-1, IL-2, IL-8 and TNF between the high altitude group and the moderate altitude group. CONCLUSIONS: Elevated levels of some cytokines in the moderate altitude group are caused by the release of soluble cytokines by the immune system to the nervous and endocrine systems, allowing the bi-directional interactions between the neuroendocrine and immune systems to reach a new balance within the environment. However, due to the increase of glucocorticoid in high-altitude group, the synthesis and release of inflammatory cytokines and other inflammatory cytokines can be suppressed by chemical mediators, and the inflammatory response or tissue damage can be reduced. However, high altitude glucocorticoids produce high levels of glucocorticoids The immune system is suppressed.
