1 离退休医务人员开展社区医疗服务的优势 1.1 “就地取材”,方便群众 社区离退休医务人员住在本社区,社区群众一般都认识他们,在医患之间关系上的沟通上自然会减少一些阻力,患者对他们有一定的信任感。离退休医务人员在既不离开其住地,又不影响他们生活规律的情况下,一般来说他们是愿意为居民的健康贡献余热的。 1.2 离退休医务人员有较丰富的临床经验 离退休医务人员从事卫生事业多年,他们具有较为丰富的医学知识和实践经验,专家不乏其人。以他们这样的条件是会得到病人信任的,这对消除病人一些不必要的思想顾虑很有好处,有利于患者的康复。
