关于农作物对不同氮素来源的吸收利用的研究,是一项很有意义的工作,它能为人们培肥土壤和科学配肥提供依据.国内以江苏农科院黄东迈对水稻作过比较系统而又深入的研究,小麦和玉米也有部分数据和文献,唯棉花对不同氮源的吸收研究,国内尚无报导.这是由于棉花生长期长,干扰因素多,以及棉花收获次数多,不易获得可靠结果所致.为此我们从1983年以来,以~(15)N示踪法标记硫铵,研究棉花盛蕾、花铃和成熟期对土壤、有机态和无机态氮的吸收比例,并评价有机无机态氮肥配合施用的效应.
