前些天,一位读者来访,谈起他的购房故事,他说他几年内买进卖出的房产不下十套,近日已刚处置了一套,剩下最后三套,他不打算再卖了,一套是城西蒋村的品牌房产,一套是钱塘江景观房,还有一套位于苏州金鸡湖畔。谈起苏州,老先生神采飞扬,说苏州和杭州一样都是他梦中的天堂,碰巧记者刚从苏州归来,感触颇多,特约此稿,以飨读者。
