为了贯彻水利部农田水利局颁发的《国营机电排灌站按八项技术经济指标考核的暂行规定》,提高管理水平,各地正在研究提高泵站效率的措施,为此,必须测定泵站实际运行工况。但是由于过去对这项工作研究得不够,尤其是大型轴流泵正常运行的流量监控问题,直到目前还没有很好解决,有些泵站虽然用流速仪或浓度法测量单泵流量,但是这些方法只能用于定期测量,或者标定其他测流设备,而不能作为正常运行监控单泵流量的手段。本文针对大型轴流泵站的特点,提出利用进水流道断而收缩所产生的水力差压信号,通过标准的测流方法,在原型装置上标定差压与流量的关系,在水泵正常运行时,只需测定压差就可求得水泵的流量。差压法测量流量的误差不大于4%,可以满足泵站正常运行监控流量的要求。
In order to implement the Provisional Regulations on State Electromechanical Drainage and Irrigation and Drainage Stations Examining Eight Technical and Economic Indicators issued by the Farmland and Water Conservancy Bureau of the Ministry of Water Resources and improve the management level, various measures are being studied to improve the pumping station efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the actual operation of pumping stations condition. However, due to the lack of research on this work in the past, especially the flow monitoring problems of large-scale axial flow pumps, which have not been solved yet, some pumping stations measure the single-pump flow by using the current meter or the concentration method. However, It can only be used for regular measurements or to calibrate other flow measurement devices and not as a means of monitoring the flow of a single pump for normal operation. In this paper, according to the characteristics of large axial-flow pump station, a hydraulic differential pressure signal produced by the intermittent contraction of the intake passage is proposed. The standard flow measurement method is used to calibrate the relationship between differential pressure and flow rate on the prototype device. During normal operation of the pump, Just measure the pressure difference can be obtained by the pump flow. Differential pressure measurement of flow error is not more than 4%, to meet the normal operation of the pump flow monitoring requirements.
