1问题的提出目前货车120Km/h提速改造工作正在快速进行,球形塞门安装孔的切割已成为当前改造任务中主要的关键工作,球形塞门加工难度高,数量大,人工切割形状、尺寸难以把握误差较大,切割面粗糙,影响球形塞门安装质量,且生产效率低,已经成为制约提速改造任务完成的主要因素之一,因此,必须研制开发一种新型球形塞门安装孔自动切割装置。
