利用流体计算软件模拟涡轮级间燃烧室(ITB)三维两相燃烧流场。对比分析无引气式ITB与传统ITB性能及流场分布。采用Realizablek-ε模型模拟湍流黏性,离散相模型追踪油珠运动轨迹,非预混平衡化学反应模型模拟燃烧过程。计算结果表明:无引气式ITB除总压损失比传统ITB的稍大外,其它指标均与传统ITB的相当;但由于该方案不需要额外引气,故提升了ITB发动机性能及应用价值。
Simulation of Three - Dimensional Two - Phase Combustion Flow Field in Turbine Inter - Stage Combustor (ITB) Using Fluid Computation Software. Comparative Analysis of Air Free ITB and Traditional ITB Performance and Flow Field Distribution. The Realizablek-ε model was used to simulate the turbulent viscosity and dispersion phase model to track the movement of oil droplets. The non-premixed equilibrium chemical reaction model was used to simulate the combustion process. The calculated results show that the non-air-entraining ITB has the same total pressure loss as the traditional ITB, and the other indexes are comparable with those of the traditional ITB. However, due to the fact that the air-entraining ITB does not need extra air entrainment, the ITB engine performance and application value are improved.
