Nucleophosmin (NPM) mutation is a gene mutation that plays an important role in acute myeloid leukemia proposed in recent years. Further studies on its molecular regulation mechanism will be helpful to further elucidate the pathogenesis of leukemia. For the clinical treatment of leukemia to provide more theoretical basis. This article describes the characteristics of nucleophosmin mutations, the possible mechanisms involved in the regulation of leukemia and the clinical value of the detection of nucleophosmin mutations.
