根据文献介绍了Ge-132在梅拉德氏反应中抑制AGE的效果。体外模型实验表明,Ge-132可抑制Pentosidien的形成;体内模型实验表明,Ce-132成功改善了STZ引起的病态,可延迟白内障的发生等;人体实验表明,Ce-132可使50%患者果糖胺恢复正常,治疗白内障有效。Ge-132可望用于糖尿病并发症的治疗中。
The effect of Ge-132 on inhibiting AGE in Maillard’s reaction was described according to the literature. In vitro model experiments show that Ge-132 can inhibit the formation of Pentosidien; in vivo model experiments show that Ce-132 successfully improves STZ-induced pathology, can delay the occurrence of cataract; human experiments show that Ce-132 can make 50% of patients fructose Amine returned to normal, effective treatment of cataracts. Ge-132 is expected to be used in the treatment of diabetic complications.
