On August 25, 2015, Arowana International Culinary Research Institute National Alumni Association and Jiangsu Top Ten Young Chef Craft Exchanges were held at Guanhai Tower Hotel in Zhenjiang. Peng Dongsheng, executive vice president and secretary general of Jiangsu Cuisine Association, Zhou Xiaoyan, president of Arowana International Culinary Research Institute, Hou Xinqing, president of National Alumni Association of Arowana Culinary Research Institute, Ma Jian, president of Shanghai Branch, and top ten young chefs in Jiangsu Province in 2014 and more than 70 alumni from across the country attended the event.
