Objective To analyze the rationality of tibial fracture internal fixators and the biomechanical basis for the treatment of comminuted tibial fractures and promote fracture healing. Methods The ANSYS software was used to analyze the accumulating roller. After modeling, the mesh was divided. The finite element unit was a 20-node, octahedral three-dimensional brick element.
