相控阵检测技术可以通过一个探头实现角度连续变化的多角度扫查,适用于复杂工件的检测,具有改变声束角度、聚焦范围、焦点尺寸等特点,从而获得最高的检测灵敏度和信噪比,检测效率较高。本文通过试验优化了超声相控阵检测设备参数设置及聚焦法则参数设置,通过相控阵超声检测技术能够检出试块上所有的体积型及平面型人工反射体,检测灵敏度及信噪比良好,适用三代核电反应堆压力容器进出口接管安全端焊缝的检测。
