第一次与罗婷老师相识于一堂教学公开课。那是1999年11月26日,师大附中正在进行学科带头人的选拔,编者有幸来到多媒体教室旁听。讲台上的罗老师教态自然亲切,声音宏亮,富有激情,她正带领学生测定几种相同物质的量的浓度的盐溶液pH值。然后,利用多媒体循循善诱,步步相扣地引入一个个问题,学生们在她的点拨下,思维异常活跃,通过讨论、实验探究、阅读、课堂练习,完成了“盐类水解”的教学任务。当学生们还处在亢奋状态中,下课铃声响了。纵观罗婷老师这堂课,充分体现了学生的主体地位,老师与学生始终产生互坳效应,教师驾驭教材轻车熟路,讲授脉络清晰,目标明确,课堂密度大,尤其注意培养学生认识事物的方法及自学能力,可见罗老师扎实的教育教学理论及学科专业知识。下课时被学生团团围住的罗婷老师显得更加娇小,然而就在这娇小身躯的背后是一串串耀眼的光环:多名学生获得过化学高考单科成绩第一名,由此获得清华大学教育基金会颁发的“为清华大学培养输送最优秀学生班主任奖”;获共青团云南省委“优秀教师”的光荣称号,还获得昆明市“优秀德育工作者”及青年教师教书育人大奖赛“园丁一等奖”、云南师大优秀共产党员等荣誉。有着20多年教龄的罗婷老师并不满足于光环的照耀,就在41岁那年她重新迈进课堂,参加了师大“化学教育与心理研究”研究生课程进修班的学习,作为学校的骨干教师,教学任务繁重,还要抽出时间阅读课程进修班的一本本教材,但她以惊人的毅力展示了她的魁力,终于完成学业。从教以来,她在各种报刊杂志发表论文40余篇,其中3篇发表在国家级刊物《中学化学教学参考》上,1篇发表在北京开明出版社出版的《化学教学与研究》一书中,并为首都师范大学出版社出版的《知识重点、难点及综合能力测试新编初中化学》一书撰写了3个篇章的内容,论文多次获得国家级、省级、市级一等奖,为此罗婷老师以她勤业、敬业、乐业的精神获得“特级教师”的光荣称号。 The first time I met Luo Ting in a teaching open class. The teacher Luo’s teaching on the podium was naturally kind, loud and full of passion. She was leading students to determine the salt solution pH of several concentrations of the same substance. Then, using multimedia to follow and induce oneself, one by one, the questions were introduced step by step. The students were very active in her thinking. Through discussion, experimental exploration, reading, and classroom exercises, the task of “salt hydrolysis” was completed. When the students were still in a state of excitement, the school bell rang. Looking through this class of teacher Luo Ting, it fully embodies the main position of the students. Teachers and students always produce mutual reciprocal effects. Teachers use their teaching materials to get acquainted with the road. They have clear lines of thought, clear goals, and high classroom density. They especially pay attention to ways to train students to understand things. And self-learning ability, showing Luo’s solid education and teaching theory and subject professional knowledge. Luo Ting, who was surrounded by students during the class, seemed even more petite. However, behind this petite body was a string of dazzling auras: several students won the first place in the chemistry college entrance examination and obtained Tsinghua University. The Education Foundation awarded the “Best Student Class Leader Award for Tsinghua University Training”; was awarded the “Excellent Teacher” of the Communist Youth League Yunnan Provincial Committee and won the Kunming “Excellent Moral Education Worker” and Young Teacher Teaching and Education Awards.” The Gardener First Prize and the outstanding members of Yunnan Normal University are honored. Luo Ting, a teacher with more than 20 years of teaching experience, is not satisfied with the halo of the aura. At the age of 41, she re-entered the classroom and attended the training course of graduate school courses in chemistry education and psychology at the university. She serves as a key teacher in the school. The teaching task was arduous, and time was also taken to read a textbook of the curriculum training class. However, she demonstrated her strength with astonishing perseverance and finally completed her studies. Since teaching, she has published more than 40 papers in a variety of newspapers and magazines, of which 3 were published in the national publication “Reference to Chemistry Teaching in Middle Schools” and 1 was published in the book “Chemistry Teaching and Research” published by Beijing Kaiming Press. , and wrote three chapters for the book “Knowledge Key Points, Difficulties, and New Competencies for Junior Middle School Chemistry” published by Capital Normal University Press. The paper won several national, provincial, and municipal first prizes. To this end, Miss Luo Ting was honored with the honor of “Special Class Teacher” with her diligent, dedicated, and enterprising spirit.
