我厂是1958年9月份筹建的。在上级党委及厂党支部的正确领导下,由于充分发动了群众,开展了以技术革命为中心的增产节约运动,克服了各种困难,今年第一季度投入生产后,全面超额完成了第一季度国家计划。产量计划完成了125%,产值计划完成了127%,工效翻了一番。在这段工作中,我们是这样作的。领导搞试验、巧破技术关生产耐火砖,对我们来说,还是一件陌生的事。完成这个任务,必须依靠群众,大搞试验,突破技术关。因此,1958年在基建的同时,为了摸索生产经验,便建了一座3—4吨的试验窑。由于不熟悉技术,第一次烧的耐火砖不象样,群众议论纷纷,有的说:
