分析路面损坏的原因和损坏速率 ,建立使用性能评估模型等 ,常需要采集路段上的各种交通信息。目前我国多数高等级公路电子收费系统 (ETC)中没有 OD调查功能 ,而且常规 OD调查方法过于费时费力。鉴于此本文提出采用弗雷特 (Fratar)法对高等级公路已发生的交通量进行分配 ,从而得到现时 OD矩阵 ,并通过验证 ,认为该方法的误差在 OD调查的误差范围之内
Analysis of road damage causes and damage rates, the establishment of the use of performance evaluation model, often need to collect all kinds of traffic information on the road section. At present, most of the high-grade highway electronic toll collection system (ETC) does not have the OD investigation function, and the conventional OD investigation method is too time-consuming and labor-intensive. In view of this, this paper proposes to use Fratar method to allocate the traffic volume occurred on high-grade highways to obtain the current OD matrix and to verify that the error of this method is within the error range of OD survey
