病例介绍患者,女,69岁,身高148 cm,体质量61 kg,体质量指数27.8 kg/m2。因“反复双下肢酸胀疼痛20+年”于2014年5月13日入住四川大学华西医院内分泌代谢科,诊断为“严重骨质疏松症伴踝骨陈旧性骨折”。4+年前(2010年1月)患者因“反复双下肢酸胀疼痛20+年”入住四川大学华西医院内分泌代谢科。入院后行骨密度检查示:腰1-腰4的T值为–2.9;骨转换标志物示: Case description The patient, female, 69 years old, height 148 cm, body weight 61 kg, body mass index 27.8 kg / m2.
