目的:采用HPLC法测定不同产地南葶苈子中芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量。方法:色谱柱:Phenomenex-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.08mol/LKH2PO4溶液(11∶89);检测波长:326nm;流速:1mL/min;柱温:30℃。结果:芥子碱硫氰酸盐在0.944~4.720μg之间,线性关系良好,加样回收率99.08%,RSD=0.61%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便、准确,具有很好的重现性和稳定性。产地对南葶苈子中芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量有明显影响。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of sinapine thiocyanate in S. avenae from different areas by HPLC. Method: Column: Phenomenex-C18 (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.08mol / L KH2PO4 solution (11:89); detection wavelength: 326nm; flow rate: 1mL / min; The results showed that the concentration of sinapine thiocyanate was between 0.944 and 4.720μg, the linearity was good. The recovery rate was 99.08% with RSD = 0.61% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, with good reproducibility and stability. The origin of the southern catfish seed in the concentration of mustard alkali thiocyanate have a significant impact.
