对脱碳退火后的低碳(LC)和超低碳(ULC)无硅电工钢的磁性进行了研究。低碳钢种在平整轧制条件下的磷含量有两个等级(0·013%和0·088%),而超低碳钢种在平整轧制及临界变形条件下的磷含量仅为0·02%。含磷较低的低碳钢种的铁损最小规定值为5·5W/kg(磁感强度1·5T,50Hz),如果是含磷0·08%的材料,铁损最小规定值为5W/kg。超低碳钢种用于平整轧制和临界冷变形材料时铁损最小规定值(磁感强度1·5T,50Hz)为5·2W/kg。研究发现,在这两类钢种中,晶粒尺寸很相近。
The magnetic properties of low carbon (LC) and ultra low carbon (ULC) silicon-free electrical steel after decarburization annealing were studied. The content of phosphorus in the low-carbon steels is two grades (0.013% and 0.088%) under the condition of smooth rolling, while the content of phosphorus in the low-carbon steels under the condition of the plain rolling and the critical deformation is only 0 · 02%. The minimum specified iron loss for low-phosphorus low-carbon grades is 5.5 W / kg (magnetic induction 1.5 T, 50 Hz), with a minimum iron loss of 5 W for 0.08% phosphorus / kg. The minimum specified iron loss (magnetic induction 1.5 Tesla, 50 Hz) for ultra-low carbon steels for flat rolling and critical cold deformation is 5.2 W / kg. The study found that in both types of steel, the grain size is very similar.
