几年来,我们安达市和平小学坚持进行教改实验,从单科实验到多学科综合实验;从工具学科实验到思想品德教育实验;从常规实验到改革性实验,范围越来越广,规模越来越大,实验教师的人数也越来越多。如何调动实验教师的积极性,发挥实验教师的作用,帮助实验教师解决教改实践中的问题,乃是搞好教改实验的关键所在.我觉得,要调动实验教师的积极性,充分发挥实验教师在教改实验中的作用,有关领导同志必须牢固树立“领导就是服务”的思想,千方百计帮助实验教师解决教改实验中的实际问题.实践证明,实验教师在完成教改实验任务的过程中,既需要宏观上的指挥,也需要微观上的指导;既希望了解以至掌握一些重要的教学原则,也希望有关领导
