目的:建立HPLC法测定阿司匹林片的含量。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;乙腈-四氢呋喃-冰醋酸-水(23:5:5:61)为流动相;检测波长280nm。结果:阿司匹林在10.79~129.12μg·ml~(-1)范围内呈良好线性关系(r=1.0000)。阿司匹林平均回收率99.56%,RSD0.59%。结论:本方法准确、可靠。可用于测定阿司匹林片的含量。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of aspirin tablets. Methods: Octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as filler; acetonitrile - tetrahydrofuran - glacial acetic acid - water (23: 5: 5: 61) was used as mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: Aspirin showed a good linearity (r = 1.0000) in the range of 10.79-129.12 μg · ml -1. The average recovery rate of aspirin 99.56%, RSD 0.59%. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable. Can be used to determine aspirin tablets.
