为探索硒浸种对大豆种子萌发的生理生化效应,研究了不同浓度的硒溶液浸种后,大豆种子的萌发率和发芽指数的变化及大豆种子萌发期SOD、POD和PPO活性的变化。结果表明:适当浓度的硒浸种,可以提高大豆种子的萌发率、发芽指数、大豆种子萌发期SOD、POD和PPO活性。硒浸种处理大豆的最适宜浓度为0.05 mg.L-1。当硒浓度大于0.05 mg.L-1时大豆的萌发生长受到抑制,酶活性降低。
In order to explore the physiological and biochemical effects of seed soaking with selenium on the germination of soybean seeds, the changes of germination rate and germination index of soybean seeds and the activities of SOD, POD and PPO during the seed germination stage were studied after soaking seeds with different concentrations of selenium solution. The results showed that seed germination rate, germination index and SOD, POD and PPO activities of soybean seed germination could be increased by soaking seeds with proper concentration. Selenium seed soaking the most appropriate concentration of soybean 0.05 mg.L-1. When the concentration of selenium is more than 0.05 mg.L-1, the germination and growth of soybean are inhibited and the enzyme activity is decreased.
