对白术生品、炮制品(麸炒、土炒)中挥发油的含量,物理常数(比重、折光率、比旋度),化学组分及组织微观结构特点等进行了初步研究,并就有关问题作了相应的讨论,为探讨炮制的合理性,炮制与中医临床用药之内在的相关性以及饮片的质量标准,提供了理论依据。在科学解释白术炮制的目的及机理方面,具有一定的参考价值。
A preliminary study was conducted on the volatile oil content, physical constants (specific gravity, refractive index, specific rotation), chemical composition, and microstructure characteristics of raw materials of Atractylodes macrocephala, processed products (bran fried, and soil fried), and related issues were discussed. A corresponding discussion was made to provide a theoretical basis for discussing the rationality of concocting, the inherent correlation between concocting and TCM clinical drug use, and the quality standards of decoction pieces. In the scientific explanation of the purpose and mechanism of Atractylodes processing, it has a certain reference value.
