“教学对话”是教师和学生在一种和谐、愉悦的课堂气氛中进行对话、交流的教学模式。在这种教学模式下,师生平等地对话,积极地思考,在活泼、轻松的环境下汲取知识。克林伯格认为,所有的教学过程中,都有师生之间的交流,而相互作用的对话模式,就是教学优化的一种最有效的标志。在长期的教学过程中,我们知道,老师应在课堂中倾听到各种各样的声音,并且及时调整自己在教学中的位置。
“Teaching Dialogue ” is a teaching mode in which teachers and students conduct dialogues and exchanges in a harmonious and pleasant classroom atmosphere. In this teaching mode, teachers and students dialogue on an equal footing, think actively, and learn in a lively and relaxed environment. Klintberg believes that in all the teaching process, there are exchanges between teachers and students, and interactive dialogue mode is one of the most effective signs of teaching optimization. In the long process of teaching, we know that teachers should listen to all kinds of voices in the classroom and adjust their position in teaching in time.
