现阶段,青年教师已成为民办高校教学、科研、管理的主力军和有生力量。但在社会转型时期,社会的多样性变化逐渐反映到民办高校青年教师队伍中,其思想政治教育出现很多新状况。而传统的党建与青年教师思想政治教育工作方式又呈现出不适应性。因此,除了要充分利用传统工作方式的优势外,必须要坚持党建与青年教师思想政治教育工作创新。
At this stage, young teachers have become the main force and force for teaching, scientific research and management in private universities. However, during the period of social transformation, the diversity of society gradually reflected in the ranks of young teachers in private colleges and universities, and many new conditions appeared in their ideological and political education. However, the traditional work style of ideological and political education of party building and young teachers shows an inappropriateness. Therefore, in addition to making full use of the advantages of traditional working methods, we must insist on the innovation of the ideological and political education work by party building and young teachers.
