Corporate culture is a kind of coordinating force and adhesive. It strengthens the cooperation among the members by establishing common values in the organization, fosters a sense of intimacy, trust and belonging, and forms a huge centripetal force and cohesion. However, the establishment of a long-term, stable, combative and cohesive enterprise team must rely on the organizational culture strategy to support it. Only a company that fully realizes the value of talent can retain talent and develop talent for a long time.
