本文对不同海拔地区实验动物(兔、狗、羊)的心肌细胞的SDHase活性变化进行电镜对比观察。结果提示:①平原、高原土生动物和高原羊迁饲平原一个月的心肌细胞的线粒体膜上见大量SDHase;②平原兔、狗急进西宁地区的翌日处死,线粒体膜上见极少SDHaseP2;进入大武地区翌日处死,线粒体膜上则无SDHase存在;急进大武地区第七天处死,线粒体膜上出现SDHase;③迁饲平原单一个半月后重返西宁第十天处死,线粒体膜上见极少SDHaSe。并对SDHaSe活性变化的生物学意义进行了讨论。
In this paper, the changes of SDHase activity in cardiomyocytes of experimental animals (rabbits, dogs and sheep) at different altitudes were observed by electron microscopy. The results showed that: (1) SDHase was found on the mitochondrial membrane of placenta, plateau and albino sheep migrating plains for one month; ② Plain rabbits and dogs were rapidly killed in Xining area on the next day, with few SDHaseP2 on the mitochondrial membrane; The area was sacrificed the next day, there is no SDHase mitochondrial membrane exists; acute into the Wu area on the seventh day of death, mitochondrial SDHase; ③ migrate plains after a single and a half months to return to Xining on the tenth day of death, see mitochondrial membrane rarely SDHaSe. The biological significance of the change of SDHaSe activity was also discussed.
