随着我国国民经济的高速发展,钢筋混凝土结构已经普遍用于工业和民用建筑中。但多年来,钢筋混凝土结构的裂缝一直是施工中最为常见和难以克服的弊病,尤其是楼板的裂缝,轻者影响建筑物美观,造成渗漏水,重者降低建筑结构的承载力、稳定性和整体性,甚至还会导致整体倒塌的重大质量事故。这类裂缝是在现有施工技术条件下较难克服的质量通病之一,特别是民用建筑工程结构楼面出现裂缝,往往会引起业主对工程质量提出异议,从而引发投诉、纠纷以及索赔等情况。因此研究钢筋混凝土结构的裂缝产生原因及控制具有重要的社会和经济意义。现根据多年来现场施工实践经验和教训,从设计配筋、商品混凝土选用及施工控制等方面,着重阐述钢筋混凝土裂缝的原因及综合防治措施。
With the rapid development of our national economy, reinforced concrete structures have been widely used in industrial and civil buildings. The lightness affects the appearance of buildings and causes seepage water, which reduces the bearing capacity and stability of building structures And integrity, and even lead to the collapse of the overall quality of major accidents. Such cracks are difficult to overcome under the existing construction technology conditions, one of the common quality problems, especially civil engineering structures floor cracks, often cause owners to object to the quality of the project, which led to complaints, disputes and claims and so on . Therefore, it is of important social and economic significance to study the causes and control of cracks in reinforced concrete structures. Now based on many years of field construction experience and lessons learned, from the design of reinforcement, the selection of commercial concrete and construction control, focusing on the reasons for the cracks in reinforced concrete and integrated control measures.
