随着时代的快速发展,城市化的道路不断推进,西安市现在已呈现出中心城市交通量和人口流量高度饱和的现象,为有效缓解这一现状,西安的城市建设中心正在向郊区转移,可称之为新型城镇化背景下城乡区域的统筹发展。与此同时,市区中汽车保有量增长率与城市中心道路增长率不协调,向心交通、内部交通压力逐年递增,部分路段及区域甚至出现常发性拥堵现象。故对此问题进行讨论分析和思考以改善目前的现状。
With the rapid development of the times and the progress of urbanization, Xi’an has now shown a highly saturated traffic volume and population flow in the central city. To effectively alleviate this situation, the urban construction center in Xi’an is being transferred to the suburbs. Call it an overall development of urban and rural areas under the background of new urbanization. At the same time, the urban car ownership growth rate is inconsistent with the urban road growth rate. Traffic to the heart and internal traffic pressure are increasing year by year, and some sections and regions even experience frequent congestion. Therefore, this issue is discussed and analyzed to improve the current status quo.
