本文在认识新农村建设本质的基础上,系统分析了农村城镇化、农村土地资本化的历程、方式和未来走势,认为农村城镇化和农村土地资本化需要对主体、时机、资源等多因素进行综合分析,才有可能对新农村建设提出科学合理的指导意见。当前集中“上楼”带来的过度城镇化、土地大规模流转带来的农场化、大型企业进入带来的庄园化等现象,都是没有综合权衡主体、时间、要素等因素造成的后果,这样的农村城镇化和农村土地资本化,必然对未来农村社会带来不和谐、不稳定的因素,应在新农村建设的实践中予以摒弃。
On the basis of understanding the nature of new rural construction, this paper systematically analyzes the course, mode and future trend of rural urbanization and rural land capitalization.
