例1、21岁。3~+月来龟头初起芝麻大硬结,渐大有痛。龟头左侧1/3充满隆起之索状物,约1×2.2cm。血康氏反应可疑、华氏反应阳性。其它脏器未查见结核病灶。两次活检,第一次报告为龟头溃疡及坏死(梅毒?);第二次为龟头结核。给予抗结核治疗。例2、45岁。8~+月来龟头初起绿豆大硬结,渐增大,近疼痛。龟头有1.5×1cm肿块、质硬边清,不活动有压病。血康华氏反应阴性。其它脏器结核灶(-)。行肿块局部切除术。病理诊断:龟头部结核样改变。继用抗结核治疗。例3、55岁。三月来龟头初起豌豆大水泡,后破溃出血,刺痛。其背侧有拇指大浅溃疡并有少许分泌
