糖尿病为心血管病的公认危险因素之一,并将增加心血管病的罹患和死亡风险。然而既往关于心电图表现尤其是校正后QT间期(QTc)和QT间期离散度(QTd)与2型糖尿病者超远期总死亡风险及心血管病死亡风险关系远不清楚,现就此进行分析。受检对象为1 357例2型糖尿病患者,女性居多。研究中均经心电图测算各自基线QTc和QTd,凡QTc>0.44 s均视为QTc间期延长,和QTd>0.08 s皆纳为QTd异常增加。人均随访15年,观察分析基线QTc延长和QTd异常增加与继后随访期内总死亡风险和心血管病死亡风险间相关关系,尤其是在校
Diabetes is one of the recognized risk factors for cardiovascular disease and will increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and death. Previously, however, the relationship between ultra-long-term total risk of death and CVD death in patients with type 2 diabetes is far from clear on electrocardiographic findings, especially QTc and QTd, and is now analyzed . The subjects were 1 357 cases of type 2 diabetes, mostly women. In the study, baseline QTc and QTd were measured by electrocardiogram. QTc> 0.44 s were regarded as QTc interval prolongation, and QTd> 0.08 s were both increased as QTd abnormality.
