幼儿园的隐蔽课程,是指在整个幼儿园范围内,以间接的、内隐的方式,通过无意识的非特定心理反应的途径,对幼儿的情感、意志、态度、动机、价值观、信仰等发生影响的总和。它包括社会价值观和文化体系,幼儿园文化环境、教师和幼儿的关系及交往方式,乃至幼儿园的建筑设备、作息时间、班级安排、游戏及一日生活等。在幼儿园,隐蔽课程不仅有机地渗入正规课程,而且内在地附着于游戏、活动、休息等幼儿园全部活动之中。它通过情感感染、引发、暗示等,以非理性因素影响幼儿,与正规课程构成价值互补。幼儿园隐蔽课程对幼儿的影响是多方面的,它影响着幼儿体力、智力的发展和社会化的进程,尤其在幼儿思想品德的形成中具有十分明显的作用。
Hidden Curriculum in Kindergarten refers to the influence on young children’s emotion, will, attitude, motivation, values and beliefs through an unconscious and non-specific psychological reaction in an indirect and implicit way throughout the kindergarten sum. It includes social values and cultural systems, the cultural environment of kindergartens, the relationship and interaction between teachers and young children, and the kindergarten’s construction equipment, work schedules, class arrangements, games and daily life. In kindergarten, the hidden curriculum not only organically infiltrated formal courses, but also inherently attached to the activities of kindergartens, games, activities, rest and other activities. It affects children through irrational factors through emotional contagion, priming, suggestion, etc., and constitutes value complementarity with formal curriculum. The influence of hidden curriculum in kindergarten on young children is multifaceted. It affects the physical and mental development of young children and the process of socialization, and plays a very significant role in the formation of early childhood morality.
