Kolene corp公司新开发一种称为QPQ(quench—polisch—quench)的工艺。该工艺是以盐浴氮化为基本工序,以淬火、抛光为辅助工序。经过QPQ处理零件不仅耐磨性和疲劳强度高,而且获得非常光亮的黑色外观;其耐蚀性比原盐浴氮化高20倍,与镀20μm硬铬层的耐蚀性相当。由于该工艺方法的问世,很多用于提高外观质量、耐磨性和耐蚀性能的涂敷,完全没必要使用危害人体健康的材料,因而根除了对人有害的高价铬离子镀液的处理问题。
