文章以高油玉米珍油玉3号为试验材料,研究施肥条件对该品种氨基酸组分和脂肪酸组分的影响。通过2年的施肥试验,施肥条件为氮磷钾水平Ⅳ(复合肥562.5 kg/hm2,尿素750 kg/hm2)时氨基酸组分产量、脂肪酸组分产量与最大值间均无显著差异,珍油玉3号的籽粒产量为12827 kg/hm2,氨基酸总产量为1082.38 kg/hm2,饱和脂肪酸总量为164.54 kg/hm2,不饱和脂肪酸总量为933.64 kg/hm2,此施肥条件可定为珍油玉3号高产优质生产的指导施肥条件。
In this paper, high-oil corn Zhenyu 3 was used as experimental material to study the effects of fertilization on the amino acid composition and fatty acid composition of this variety. After two years of fertilization experiment, there was no significant difference in amino acid component yield, fatty acid component yield and maximum value between NPK level Ⅳ (compound fertilizer 562.5 kg / hm2, urea 750 kg / hm2) The grain yield of Yu-3 was 12827 kg / hm2, the total amino acid yield was 1082.38 kg / hm2, the total amount of saturated fatty acids was 164.54 kg / hm2, and the total amount of unsaturated fatty acids was 933.64 kg / hm2.
