随着我省社会经济地快速发展,各地对承载城市生存和可持续发展的生命线工程更加重视。如何综合好各类城市地下工程管线、合理利用好道路下有限的地下空间资源,减少“拉链马路”现象,按照低碳、生态、集约发展的理念,提高市政工程管线安全性,保障城市健康、安全、和谐、可持续发展,成为城市发展中关注的热点和亟待解决的焦点问题。本文结合《江苏省市政管廊建设指南》课题研究的体会以及目前江苏发展实际,提出市政管廊在江苏推广应用的相关对策建议。 With the rapid socio-economic development in our province, all localities pay more attention to the lifelines that carry the city’s survival and sustainable development. How to integrate all kinds of urban underground pipeline project, make rational use of the limited underground space resources under the road, reduce the “zipper road” phenomenon, in accordance with the concept of low-carbon, ecological and intensive development, improve the safety of municipal engineering pipeline and protect the city Health, safety, harmony and sustainable development have become the hot spots and the key problems to be solved in urban development. In this paper, combined with the experience of the research on the subject of “Jiangsu Province Municipal Pipe Gallery Construction Guide” and the current development of Jiangsu Province, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the promotion and application of municipal pipe gallery in Jiangsu.
