新疆电大在远程开放教育条件下,通过教学模式改革的实践和探索,总结出了新疆电大基于人才培养目标和新疆地域特点的基本成型的教学模式,即“在现代信息技术条件下,以学习者自主学习为中心、教育者导学为前提,以三级服务平台的多种媒体教学资源和多种交互手段、服务方式及监控系统为支撑的‘导学—自学—互学—助学’四环互动的教学模式”。这一模式在微观层次上,是对基于地区和民族差异的多样化的课程教学模式进行的总结提炼和概括,而它在实施过程中存在的问题则充分体现出教学模式的探索是一个不断深化、不断完善的过程,更况且“教有常摸,教无定模”。
