不同比例淫羊藿、蛇床子及川续断提取物配方的抗骨质疏松模型活性研究

目的将淫羊藿、蛇床子及川续断提取物以不同比例组方,采用大鼠骨质疏松模型,筛选出具有良好抗骨质疏松活性的最佳配比组方。方法以维甲酸构建大鼠骨质疏松模型,将淫羊藿,蛇床子及川续断提取物以不同比例组方,考察不同配比的的复方对大鼠血清磷(P)、血清钙(Ca)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)以及抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(Sta ACP)等生化指标以及大鼠股骨质等指标的影响。结果以淫羊藿提取物,蛇床子提取物及川续断提取物以不同比例配伍的复方均对骨质疏松大鼠具有一定的抗骨质疏松药理活性,其中以2∶1∶1配伍时,抗骨质疏松活性最为显著。结论所筛选出的以淫羊藿提取物,蛇床子提取物及川续断提取物以2∶1∶1配伍的提取物复方有望开发为治疗骨质疏松新药。 OBJECTIVE To compare the extract of Epimedium, Cnidium monnieri and Chuanxiongdu in different proportions, using the model of rat osteoporosis, select the best prescription with good anti-osteoporosis activity. Methods Rat model of osteoporosis was established by retinoic acid. The extracts of Epimedium, Cnidium monnieri and Chuanxuanabutang were treated with different proportions of different prescriptions to investigate the effect of different prescriptions on serum phosphorus (P), serum calcium ), Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and anti-tartrate acid phosphatase (Sta ACP) and other biochemical indicators and rat femoral bone and other indicators. Results The compounds of Epimedium, Cnidium and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis extracted in different proportions had certain anti-osteoporosis pharmacological activity in rats with osteoporosis. When compatibility was 2:1:1, Anti-osteoporosis activity is the most significant. Conclusion The extracts of Epimedium, Cnidium and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis extracted by 2: 1: 1 were selected as the new drug for the treatment of osteoporosis.
