方管结晶器爆炸成形过程数值模拟

对方管结晶器爆炸成形过程进行了实验研究并运用ANSYS软件中的LS-DYNA模块对成形过程进行了数值模拟,数值模拟结果与实验结果基本一致;在应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对金属爆炸成形过程进行数值模拟时,对爆炸载荷的作用形式进行适当、合理的简化,并不改变基本结论;根据数值模拟结果获得了方管结晶器爆炸成形时的理论布药结构,当圆角部位药层厚度为直边部位药层厚度的1.75倍时可以获得最佳成形效果。 The process of explosion molding of square tube mold was studied experimentally and the forming process was simulated by using the LS-DYNA module in ANSYS software. The numerical simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results. In the application of ANSYS / LS-DYNA software, In the process of numerical simulation, the appropriate and reasonable simplification of the action form of the explosion load does not change the basic conclusion. According to the numerical simulation results, the theoretical drug delivery structure during the explosion forming of the square tube mold is obtained. The thickness of the straight edge of the drug layer 1.75 times the thickness of the best forming effect can be obtained.
