在体育教学中,我根据场地小,又不减少活动量而归纳出体育活动的十种方法。 一、定位法 就是以有限场地的墙、树、花坛等物为基点的线、点、圈排列队形,做到位置不变而求教法多变。除了做发展身体素质的体操、跳绳、立卧撑、徒手技术动作等练习外,还可以做单双数绕人运球、跳跃曲线跑动、前后排双手胸前传接球等。教学活而不乱。 二、顺势法 充分利用学校的自然环境和建筑物作“越野”跑、台阶两脚交替跳、绕树慢跑、沿墙根纵跳摸高、倒立、对墙投掷、过障碍等。 三、盘旋法 在场地上曲曲直直地花样移动。如“8”字形跑,蛇形跑、螺旋跑、齿轮跑、连环跑、快慢相间的跑等。还可以走跳交替、变换动作方向与节奏。这样,场地虽有限,但跑距却可以延伸。
