通过对唐钢南区不同台时产量下烧结矿粒度分布规律的研究,计算得出了其粒度分布的分形维数,线性相关系数均大于0.97,说明采用分形理论定量表征烧结矿在不同台时产量条件下的粒度组成是可行的。结果表明:分形维数首先随台时产量的增加而减小,直至台时产量达460 t/h后逐渐增加,在一定程度上评估了唐钢南区烧结机台时产量的合理范围。结合现场数据,解释了烧结矿转鼓强度、成品率随分形维数增加而降低的原因,从而为实际生产中表达烧结矿相关机理提供了新的研究方法。
Through the study on the distribution rules of sinter size under different hourly production of Tangshan Iron and Steel, the fractal dimension of the particle size distribution is calculated and the linear correlation coefficient is greater than 0.97, which shows that fractal theory can be used to quantitatively characterize the sinter production under different conditions Under the granular composition is feasible.
