According to a latest U.S. study, if the posture is too lazy to walk or sit, it will not only result in decreased physical ability but also depression. Researchers called 110 participants, half of whom walked through the hallway in a lazy manner, while the other half used a jumping posture and evaluated their emotional and physical fitness levels. After that, the two groups of participants exchanged walking gestures again. The result is obvious
